Today was a productive day! We woke up, in time to make it down to breakfast at the hotel (great success). After breakfast, we drove as a group with Monica and Nick’s Families to the golf course that the reception was at to help set up. We worked like a well-oiled machine, and it turned out great!
When everything was set up and looking fly, we drove back to the hotel. Lauren and Katie did some much-needed laundry, and Sue and J went on a run. We relaxed, and helped Monica get ready for the rest of the day until 6 when the wedding started.
The wedding was beautiful!!!! People were gettin’ down on the dance floor!!! Monica looked gorgeous…multiple people wore cargo shorts (one guy even had Teva sandals on) to her Formal wedding. Haha. Katie gave her speech and it went well. A couple of the speeches were…well ridiculous (*cough Mon’s Dad cough*).
The couple was so cute, and so was Cameron. There was an open bar….and the guests were taking full advantage! (people in Omaha can drink)! One of the best weddings we’ve ever been to. It was sad to say good bye, but it was so awesome to see everyone!!!
