Ugh, we were not looking forward to out 8.5 hr drive to Omaha…plus we forgot about the hour loss, so it seemed even longer. Sue champed it up and took the morning slot, then Jess and Katie.
The drive turned out to be pretty fun, we might have started to get a little cabin fever, because we ended up wearing crazy hats and we all had the giggles. We were a hit on the road. We stopped at Walmart looking pretty intense in our hats and pajamas (people of walmart style) to buy some supplies for Monica’s bachelorette party. We had 10 girls total to think about…so we made some Justin Bieber goodies bags and Monica a crazy bride to be hat. Jess is awesome and randomly brought a glue gun on the trip?! So the next leg of the trip we had craft time.
It was so great to see Monica when we got into town. The hotel is so nice, and KT got her phone!!! We settled in and went down to the lobby for free drinks happy hour!!
That night, a bunch of her friends from college met us in our hotel (which was decorated marvelously) and we hung out for a while then went out to a club called Elite. We made friends with the guy at the front desk and convinced him to highjack the Embassy Suites shuttle to give us a ride to and from the club!!!
At the club, we had a scavenger hunt of different things Monica had to do that night…it was pretty extreme.

It was a late night, but we got to sleep in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
